2nd Set plays the Red Devil Lounge this Wednesday, July 19, with very
special guest Gavin Sacks, at 8:30 p.m.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for any misteaks in this email --
I'm still a little woozy from Saturday's hootinanny. Kielbasa-sized
props to Kieth and Five 7 for setting it all up, and to all you crazy
fans for shakinwhatchoogot. Over all, a highly enjoyable excuse for
sharing a large basket of musical goodies at Kelly's Mission Rock by the
bay.

So for the poor folks who couldn't make it, we're setting up a
consolation prize: this Wednesday Second Set will play at the good old
Red Devil Lounge on Polk and Clay. The show starts early at 8:30 for the 
benefit of you schoolchildren. By popular demand, Gavin Sacks will
return to open up for us and if'n y'all ask real nice-like, maybe he'll
poke his head out again and play a ditty or two with us.

As if this weren't enough, we'll be having 2nd Set's first Freakiest
Fan Contest, where whoever is attached to the shakiest, most ill-behaved
booty in the joint gets their picture on the web site, and a date with
their choice of Second Set band member. Honest.
