You've been unable to sleep, staying up to watch infomercials, Jim and
Tammy Faye Baker, and presidential debates. But nothing fills that
elusive space in your chest, always just below or to the left of where
you scratch.

My friends, you have classic withdrawal. Nothing to be alarmed
about -- after all, there hasn't been a Second Set show in the City for
over a month! But if you happened to miss the ultra-packed house in
Fairfax a couple of weeks ago, here's a little something to alleviate
the discomfort.

Second Set performs on Thursday, October 12, 9pm at the Trap Door (3251
Scott @Chestnut.) Show up, get your funky fix of groove and jam, and
shake your butt all over the dance floor. Rinse and repeat, All Night
Long. Side effects may include mild euphoria and random jiggyness.

The Surgeon General has not slapped a "Highly Addictive" label to Second
Set shows. Yet.
